Who Am I?

My name is Delaina. I am a humble student of spirituality, learning how to make the most of this human experience and I want to help you do the same.

What is Through the Flame Healing?

I chose the name "Through the Flame Healing" because I wanted a name to represent the alchemical process of turning the pain and discomfort of intense human experiences and emotions into growth, healing, transformation and empowerment.

I believe the greatest gifts of soul evolution and expanding consciousness come from the darkest corners of our psyche.

Through this website, I will share a blog that details how I work with the energy of emotions to uplevel myself and my life, offering unique perspectives, deep spiritual practices and inner healing work, in hopes that it will help you, too.
